Ingrédients

pommes de terre

3 dl 

de bouillon

1 dl 

de crème

3 c.s. 

de moutarde

1/2 bouquet 

de ciboulette

Recette

Peler les pommes de terre, les couper en bâtons et les cuire pendant environ 10 minutes dans le bouillon. Ajouter la crème et la moutarde. Cuire les pommes de terre encore 5 à 10 minutes.

Garnir avec de la ciboulette hachée. Servir de préférence avec du fromage d’Italie chaud.
