Ingrédients

1 kg 

de chou rouge

beurre

2  

dés de bouillon

1 c.c. 

de sel

3 c.s. 

de vinaigre de pommes

Recette

Couper grossièrement le chou rouge. Etuver dans le beurre et déglacer avec 1 litre d’eau. Assaisonner. Laisser mijoter env. ¾ heure à feu moyen. Egoutter le liquide en trop.

Ajouter 3 cuillères à soupe de vinaigre aux pommes.
