250 g 

de poivrons

500 g 

de tomates

Recette

Hacher finement l’oignon et l’ail. Epépiner les tomates et les poivrons puis les couper en dés.

Etuver l’oignon et l’ail, ajouter la purée de tomates et étuver encore un bref instant. Ajouter les tomates et les poivrons.

Assaisonner d’un peu de sel, d’aromate, d’origan, de basilic et laisser mijoter 20 à 30 minutes à couvert.
