Ingrédients

300 g 

de pain blanc

400 g 

de pruneaux (congelés)

oeufs

1 dl 

de crème

1 dl 

de lait

1 c.c. 

de cannelle

1 c.c. 

de sucre vanillé

3 c.s. 

de sucre brut

un peu 

de beurre

Recette

Cuire brièvement les pruneaux congelés et en retirer le jus.

Bien mélanger tous les ingrédients et disposer le tout dans un plat à gratin bien graissé.

Cuire pendant 40 minutes au four préchauffé à 200°C.
