Ingrédients

200 g

de farine

5 dl

de colostrum

4

oeufs

1 prise

de sel

150 g

de sucre

1

zeste râpé d’un citron

1 c.c.

de sucre vanillé

Recette

Mélangez d'abord la farine avec le lait bouilli, puis ajoutez les œufs et les autres ingrédients et battez la pâte.

Mettre la pâte épaisse dans un plat à gratin bien beurré et faire cuire pendant 40-50 minutes à feu moyen (environ 200°C).
