de crème

1.5 dl 

de lait

sel, poivre, persil

100 g 

de fromage relevé râpé

Recette

Disposer le pain et le jambon dans un plat à gratin en alternant les couches.

Verser la liaison pardessus. Saupoudrer de fromage râpé.

Cuire une demiheure au four préchauffé à 200°C.
