Ingrédients

250 g 

séré maigre

250 g 

mascarpone

2 dl 

sirop de sureau

1 pincée de cannelle    

en poudre

1cs 

jus de citron

3cs 

sucre

Recette

Bien mélanger tous les ingrédients et servir dans de petits bols.

Faire un motif avec un peu de jus de sureau (voir image) ou garnir de crème fouettée.
