Ingrédients

50 g de beurre

20 g de feuilles de sauge

2.5 dl de crème

150 g de fromage Sbrinz

sel

poivre

Recette

Laisser revenir le beurre. Hacher la sauge et l’étuver. Blanchir avec la sauce et laisser mijoter durant 10 minutes environ. Ajouter le fromage et cuire à bonne temperature. Assaisonner. Accompagne très bien les pâtes.
