Ingrédients

800 g 

de viande hachée de boeuf

oeufs

tranche de pain

un peu 

de lait

oignon

bouquet de persil

aromate, poivre, paprika

Recette

Brouiller les oeufs, ramollir le pain dans le lait et l’écraser. Couper l’oignon et le persil et les étuver dans du beurre.

Bien pétrir ensemble tous les ingrédients. Former 8 hamburgers.

Les badignonner d’huile des deux côtés avant de les griller 6 à 8 minutes de chaque côté.
