Ingrédients

1 kg 

de pommes de terre en robe des champs

350 g 

de farine

1 c.s. 

de sel

30–40 g 

de beurre clarifié

Recette

Râper les pommes de terre avec la râpe à bircher et les mélanger à la farine et au sel.

Rôtir en deux portions dans une grande poêle avec beaucoup de beurre chaud et en remuant sans cesse.

Servir chaud directement dans la poêle.
