Ingrédients

80 g 

de sucre

oeufs

citron (zeste)

1 prise 

de sel

1     

pointe de couteau de poudre à lever

100 g 

de farine

40 g 

de beurre fondu

5 dl 

crème vanille (cuite)

2 dl 

de crème

Recette

Faire une pâte à biscuit. Cuisson: 5 minutes à 240° C.

Glisser le biscuit sur la table après cuisson et le recouvrir avecla plaque. Ajouter délicatement la crème fouettée dans la crème vanille.

Remplir la roulade, l’enrouler et la couper en tranches.
