Une recette de

Ingrédients

300 g 

de cornettes

1 c.s. 

d’huile

gros oignon

8 dl 

de bouillon

150 – 200 g 

de fromage râpé

2 – 2.5 dl

de crème

1 bouquet 

de ciboulette

Recette

Rôtir les cornettes non cuites dans l’huile sans cesser de remuer jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées.

Couper fin l’oignon, ajouter et étuver. Ajouter du bouillon aux cornettes jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient recouvertes. Laisser mijoter. Tout le liquide doit être absorbé.

Mélanger avec le fromage râpé, la crème et la ciboulette hachée avant de servir.
