Ingrédients

jaunes d’oeufs

60 g 

de sucre

100 g 

de mascarpone

150 g 

de séré à la crème

bateau de vanillie

250 - 300 g 

croquants aux noisettes

citron

Recette

Battre les jaunes d’oeufs et le sucre en mousse jusqu’à ce que la masse soit claire. Gratter la pulpe du bâton de vanille. Mélanger le mascarpone, le séré à la crème et l’arôme de vanille avec la masse aux oeufs. Réduire les bâtonnets aux noisettes en poudre avec le cutter ou le mortier et les ajouter à la masse. Ajouter le jus de citron.

Mettre un court instant au congélateur avant de servir – semi freddo.
