tranche de porc du cou

fromage d’Emmental

jambon

oeuf

panure

Recette

Couper de fines tranches de porc du cou et les assaisonner.  Enrouler une tranche de fromage avec une tranche de jambon et disposer sur une tranche de porc. Recouvrir d’une deuxième tranche de porc et presser les bords ensemble.

Rouler le cordon bleu dans un oeuf brouillé puis dans la panure. Bien presser les bords ensemble et aplatir la panure. Rôtir des deux côtés dans le beurre.
