carottes

100g

de Gruyère râpé

1

oeuf

1

oignon

1

gousse d'ail

1 c.c.

de thym

1 c.s.

de persil

1 pointe de couteau

de curry

env. 150g

de pain baguette

sel et poivre

Recette

Râper les carottes, émincer l’oignon et presser l’ail ; mélanger. Hacher les fines herbes, les mélanger aux autres ingrédients et assaisonner.

Couper la baguette en tranches puis tartiner de mélange. Cuire 10 minutes au four à 220° C. Servir chaud.
