Ingrédients

80 g 

de farine

1 prise 

de sel

40 g 

de beurre

1 c.s. 

de sucre

½ 

oeuf

2 c.c. 

de cannelle

de sucre gros grain

Recette

Préparer une pâte brisée. Abaisser à 2mm. Découper des étoiles.

Badigeonner de jaune d’oeuf et saupoudrer de sucre gros grain.

Cuire au four préchauffer à 190 °C pendant 6 – 7 minutes. Laisser refroidir.
