blanc d’oeuf

50 g 

de sucre

de sel

Recette

Battre le blanc d’oeuf en neige. Ajouter délicatement le sucre.

Continuer à battre jusqu’à ce que la masse brille. Former des meringues à l’aide d’une poche à douille et les disposer sur une plaque recouverte d’un papier de protection.

Cuisson: 3 heures à 120°–150°C en laissant la porte du four légèrement ouverte.
