Ingrédients

2 tasses

 de fleurs de pissenlit (dents-de-lions)

1 l 

d’eau

1 kg 

de sucre

20 g 

d’acide citrique

Recette

Bien laver le pissenlit (dents-de-lion). Porter l’eau à ébullition avec les fleurs et l’acide citrique. Laisser ensuite tirer pendant deux jours. Passer le sirop à la passoire. Ajouter le sucre et porter à ébullition encore un court instant. Mis en bouteille hermétiquement fermées, le sirop de pissenlit se conserve environ six mois.
